Work with students to organize a school-wide taste test. Ss can use internet for background research and find two brands of products to compare. (Ss could also collaborate with Culinary Arts trainees in the Carlos Rosario context and select various menu items for a taste test.) Ss can also develop a rubric to decide the criteria for a taste test. Then, Ss will participate as judges on the taste test day. After the results have been tabulated, Ss can work on putting them into graphic form and sharing the results.
